Spiritual Direction Sessions

Spiritual direction is offered through virtual sessions, allowing us to meet in a calm and confidential space online. Our time together is one hour, and you will receive a secure link ahead of our meeting.

Holy Listening Groups

Holy Listening Groups are small, guided gatherings, practicing holy listening—attending to God’s presence through silence, prayer, reflection, and gentle sharing. These groups offer a safe, spacious place to listen without pressure, judgment, or the need to have answers

Contemplative Gatherings

During times like Advent and Lent, I may offer seasonal virtual group sessions limited to a small number to create an intimate and comfortable setting.

  • Spiritual Direction is commonly practiced on a four-week rhythm to allow time for God’s continued work. The rhythm is flexible and can be discerned together. Sessions are 60 minutes in length,

  • I offer Spiritual Direction on a sliding scale, typically ranging from $50 - $80 per session. If cost is a concern, please reach out—we can discern together what is possible.

  • If you feel drawn to deeper listening, greater attentiveness to God, or a desire for companionship on your spiritual journey, Spiritual Direction may be a good fit. An initial conversation can help us discern together.
