What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual Direction is distinct from counseling or life coaching.
Spiritual Direction is not about fixing, advising, or offering answers.
As a spiritual director, I enter into a collaborative relationship grounded in attentive listening and shared discernment. I help create space for you to become more aware of God’s presence and invitations in your life.
The Holy Spirit leads this journey, and I come alongside you as a sacred companion.
My spiritual journey has been deeply influenced by my cross-cultural experiences and calling to ministry.
