What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is distinct from counseling or life coaching. Spiritual Direction is not about fixing, advising, or offering answers.

As a spiritual director, I enter into a collaborative relationship grounded in attentive listening and shared discernment. I help create space for you to become more aware of God’s presence and invitations in your life.

The Holy Spirit leads this journey, and I come alongside you as a sacred companion.

I am rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition and shaped by prayerful attentiveness to Jesus.

I am a Certified Spiritual Director through Sustainable Faith in the School of Spiritual Direction & and trained in the Epiphany Certification Program
in Formative Spirituality.
