A Little About Me
My spiritual journey began in Germany.
After marrying my husband, Jeff, I made the U.S. my home in 2005.
Together, we are raising four children.
Over the past two decades, I’ve served in a variety of church settings. Each role shaped me—deepening my understanding of spiritual growth, community, and the sacred work of listening. Through these experiences, I was drawn toward spiritual direction, where I discovered a deep desire to walk alongside others as they attend to God’s presence in their lives.
These beliefs shape how I listen, accompany others, and how I trust God to be present and at work in every spiritual journey

I believe the Trinity exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three Persons are one God, having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfection. God exists eternally in this loving communion. This life of shared love is not distant or abstract, but the very source from which all life flows. The Trinity reveals that relationship, love, and mutual presence are at the heart of God.

I believe the only one true and living God is our Creator. He is present, faithful, and lovingly involved in creation and in our everyday lives. God is both beyond us and deeply near—merciful, compassionate, and attentive. God’s desire is not control or coercion, but relationship, healing, and wholeness. He is our creator and the One to whom all praise and glory are given. He is perfect in all ways and in all things.

I believe Jesus Christ is God-with-us, fully divine and fully human. I believe in His eternal existence as God; His incarnation and Virgin Birth, His death on the cross as the substitutionary atonement of sin; His literal bodily resurrection from the dead; In his life, teachings, death, and resurrection, we see most clearly who God is and how God loves. Christ is not only the one we follow, but a living presence who continues to meet us, dwell within us, intercedes in heaven for us, and draw us into deeper union with God through the Holy Spirit. I believe in His Personal, future return to earth.
-
I believe the Holy Scriptures are the inspired words of God and bear faithful witness to God’s self-revelation and ongoing work in the world. Scripture is the final authority and a living word that continues to speak through prayerful reading, listening, and reflection. In the contemplative tradition, we approach Scripture not only for information, but for formation—listening for how God is addressing us here and now.
-
I believe that all people are created in the image of God and are deeply loved. Through Adam and Eve, humanity sinned when tempted by Satan. Only through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled, and renewed. To be human is to live with longing, vulnerability, freedom, and responsibility. Our humanity is not a problem to be solved, but a place where God desires to meet us with grace, compassion, and truth.
-
I believe salvation is a free gift of God’s gracious work of healing, reconciliation, and restoration. Salvation involves repentance, a turning from one’s own way to God’s way, and seeking forgiveness of one’s own sin. Salvation is through personal faith in Jesus Christ. All who receive Him are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and become the children of God. Through Christ, we are invited into new life—freedom from what binds us, healing of what is broken, and growth into love. Salvation is not only about a future hope, but a present transformation as we learn to live more fully in God’s love and life.

I believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, God’s active and abiding presence in the world and in our lives. The Spirit leads, comforts, convicts, and renews—drawing us into deeper awareness of God’s love and truth. In the contemplative life, the Holy Spirit guides our listening, prayer, and discernment, inviting us into transformation and deeper communion with God.
I don't come to our time together with an agenda or predetermined outcomes. Instead, I trust that the Spirit is already at work in your life, and my role is to help you notice and respond to that presence.
I've found that spiritual growth often happens not in the dramatic moments, but in the quiet spaces of reflection, prayer, and honest conversation. This is the gift I hope to offer you – a consistent, compassionate presence as you explore what it means to live authentically in relationship with God.
